Eyewear.com.sg is not affiliated with any third parties that sell or advertise our products without a written agreement with us.

Eyewear.com.sg will not be held responsible for any such products purchased through unauthorised sellers.
Eyewear.com.sg reserves the right to update or revise these terms and conditions. The continued use of the site following posting of any changes to the terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of these changes.


  • com.sg respects the privacy rights of our customers and we will only track statistics for business purposes. No private information will be disclosed to unrelated entities or any third party merchants unless required by law. All email addresses in our mailing list are strictly kept confidential.
  • This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected, stored, disclosed and/or processed by Eyewear.com.sg.
  • This Policy is based on the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and all the associated regulations and guidelines as may from time to time be issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”) of Singapore. Eyewear.com.sg practices may be subjected to different or more restrictive local laws in jurisdictions outside of Singapore.
  • If you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about products or services. You may opt to unsubscribe at any point in time.


  • For international orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard via PayPal
  • Customers are to provide correct details when checking out. Eyewear.com.sg will not be responsible for any delays caused by incorrect/insufficient payment details provided.


  • All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days upon verification of payment.
  • com.sg will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage.


  • Customers will be notified via email should Eyewear.com.sg receive any returned parcels bearing their name.
  • Cost for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.Eyewear.com.sg will bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
  • Returned parcels that are unclaimed after 3 months will be deemed as Eyewear.com.sg’s property and no compensation will be provided as sufficient response time has been given.


  • All goods sold are non-returnable/non-refundable.
  • Requests for exchanges are allowed only if you have received an incorrect or a defective item.


We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please inform the Customer Service Team by taking a snapshot of the defective area and sending it to us at info@eyewear.com.sg

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in original condition
  • A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in original condition (unwashed, unworn and in a brand new and saleable condition).
  • A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.
